- Prepare of large chopped onion.
- You need of large chopped tomato.
- You need of potato (large chunks).

- It's of curry leaves.
- It's of Whole spices (bayleaf, cardamom, cloves, black paper).
- Prepare of Cinnamon, star anise, Cumin seeds.
- You need of Oil.
- Prepare of garam masala.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- You need of turmeric.
- You need of mutton masala.

- Prepare of Ginger and garlic paste.
Mutton kheema (mincemeat) instructions
- Take half portion of chopped onion, tomato, and 1tbs ginger garlic paste into a blander and make fine pure out of it..
- Heat oil into a pressure cooker and add all whole spices and fry until bayleaf turns golden.
- Sauté remaining onion tomato and green chilli curry leaves and cook them until it gets mushy.
- Add pure of onion tomato in cooker mix it well.
- Once it gets mixed add garam masala red chilli powder, turmeric, mutton masala and cook them until it starts separating oil from sides.
- Add mince into it mix well with masala..
- Add salt to taste.
- Add around two cup on boiling water with large chunks of potato and pressure cook it for 3-4 weasel.
- Garnish it with coriander..
- Serve it with butter Pav,Chopped onion, lemon, papad and adding teaspoon of butter on top of kheema.
