- Prepare 0.5 Pound of Mincemeat.
- It's 1 of Onion.
- It's 3 of Cloves.
- It's 4 of Greenchillies.
- Prepare 1 of Cinnamon Stick.
- You need To Taste of Salt.
- You need 1 Tablespoon of Red Chilli Powder.
- It's 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric.
- You need 2 Cups of Wheat Flour.
- Prepare 4 Cloves of garlic.
- You need 1 of ginger Slice.
- It's 1 Strip of coriander leaves.
- It's 3 Tablespoons of Oil.
Keema Paratha step by step
- Burn the onion directly on stove. Cool it and remove the peel that is black. Grind the following ingredients, onion, cloves, cinnamon stick, garlic, green chillies, ginger. Mix the paste to the mince meat. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and mix well. Set aside.
- Now take the wheat flour, add some oil, salt and water. Knead it and rest it aside. Take a pan and fry the mince meat paste resulted from step1 in oil. Add coriander leaves and salt to taste. Rest it to cool.
- Now roll the flour balls with the meat mixture inside and fry it on pan with Butter/Ghee..
